The Foundation
	THE JACQUELINE SEROUSSI MEMORIAL FOUNDATION FOR CANCER RESEARCH, a charitable, non-profit entity, is established in Israel by the AJAX TRUST to encourage and to reward, on an international level, laboratory and clinical investigators whose research efforts are directed to that of malignant disease.
	While potential recipients will be recognized irrespective of their areas of interest, special consideration will be given to those whose commitments are to that of cancer affecting the neurological system.
	Individuals, groups and institutions will be honoured on an annual basis through the giving of AWARDS (without excluding the possibility of prizes, grants and fellowships), the amount of which will be determined by the Foundation's BOARD OF TRUSTEES.Those so esteemed will have demonstrated merit and will have a continued and ongoing commitment to further research endeavours in their fields.
