No applications for prizes, awards or grants will be accepted for the present time, and until further notice. The selection of the candidates for Awards will be made as described in the Minutes of the Board Meeting of December 5, 2002. That is, candidates will be proposed by the Board of Trustees and submitted to a Panel of authorities in oncology of the digestive system for the year 2003. On this occasion, as well as for all future awards, the specialised Panellists will independently determine the merits of each individual and project. The decision of the Panel will be final and will be submitted to the Board to act upon in conformity with the Foundation's rules and regulations.
